The DevOps Enterprise Summit is designed to equip leaders of large, complex organizations with the knowledge and experience reports to help develop and deliver software faster and win in the marketplace. Last year we kicked off DevOps Enterprise Summit London, and this year we expect more than 600 people gathered to share, collaborate and learn what DevOps transformations look like. Industry champions shared their personal experiences regarding all things DevOps – from principles and patterns, to challenges and lessons-learned. We are thrilled to be there again from June 5-6, 2017 in London!
We are so excited for what’s in store in London, that we’re going to give you a little taste of what to expect. We asked several speakers to share what they are hoping to experience at DevOps Enterprise Summit London and offer first-hand insight into their latest DevOps findings. For the next several weeks, as we lead up to conference, we’ll share our favorite responses with you.
To kick off the series—let’s see what some of the speakers are most excited about for DOES London:
“Getting to meet more people in the industry and learn more about how culture is both the same, and different in Europe vs. the U.S.” —Alexa Alley, Program Manager, Hearst Business Media“We are past the point of catching early adopters of DevOps. I’m very much looking forward to hear the strategy of others in scaling DevOps for the enterprise.” —Oliver Jacques, IT Distinguished Technologist, DXC Technology“Real world stories around enterprise transformation and face to face conversations with new and old acquaintances.” —Nigel Kersten, Chief Technical Strategist at Puppet“I’m really jazzed about interacting with a more global audience around DevOps and transformation initiatives. It will be interesting to compare and contrast the observations, best practices, and success stories for this group with what I’ve experienced at the San Francisco conference.” —Steve Mayner, SAFe Senior Program Consultant Trainer, Scaled Agile“To hear from large, complex, organisations with long histories, not born agile, as to how they are doing in delivering better products faster and lessons learnt.” —Jonathan Smart, Head of Development Services, Barclays“I am most excited about being part of an international community of DevOps experts to exchange with. DevOps is a journey that shall be enhanced and refined continuously with the help of the inspiration from other practitioners.” —Jens Wilhelms, Head of Development Foundation, Swisscom
