In May of 2019, the fifth annual DevOps Enterprise Forum was held in Portland, Oregon. As always, industry leaders and experts came together to discuss the issues at the forefront of the DevOps Enterprise community and to put together guidance to help us overcome and move through those obstacles. This Journal is the collected papers from the DevOps Enterprise Forum.
