It rekindles what Barry Johnson pegged as managing all those polarities when creating movement, Quinn and others on competing values we need to consider (and not discard), and ultimately Keagan and Lahey on addressing head-on our own immunity to change when intending to mobilizing people, shifting views, and nudging new rituals to effect cultural change. Navigating change is much like sailing through iceberg infested waters. Those who stick to the veneer of change leadership by checklists of to-do's will most often yield less than satisfactory outcomes. What's below the surface is what needs to be attended. Reply
