Introducing the Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit

By Gene Kim

People love attending DevOps Enterprise Summit. Since 2014, we’ve hosted 19 conferences, including 1,200 incredible presentations delivered by over 1,800 leaders across almost every industry vertical.

One of the things that we have heard with increasing frequency over the years has been, “Wow, this conference is so much more than DevOps. It’s not just Dev and Ops anymore!” I think they’re alluding to the fact that we have actively sought out technology leaders from QA, Information Security, Internal and External Audit, Regulators, and most importantly, Business leadership. Programming committee member Ben Grinnell, Founder and Global Lead for Technology at North Highland, even told me: “For senior leaders, I just call it the IT Revolution Summit. It’s not about DevOps. It’s about technology and business leadership, and covers topics such as culture, psychological safety, career growth, and quite a lot more.”

We’ve heard you.

As IT Revolution enters its next decade, I’m extremely excited to announce that DevOps Enterprise Summit is now the Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit: helping leaders succeed and organizations thrive. From a programming perspective, you will continue to hear experience reports from respected technologists along with insights from leaders spanning a wide range of industry sectors. At its core, it remains a conference about leadership, and techniques such as DevOps, Team Topologies, platform engineering, and other examples of organizational design. It’s about culture-creating learning organizations and employee engagement. It’s about using technology to win, including how generative AI can help. Oh, and Kubernetes. 🙂

If you really take a look at and analyze our conference programming over the last decade, you’ll find that this has consistently been the central focus of our events.

The Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit is still the conference where you come to learn from experts and technology leaders who share how they’re overcoming and approaching the challenges they’re facing. By doing so, attendees can gain the knowledge needed to address similar challenges within their own organizations.

Our goal is to elevate your success, pioneering the future with strategies that turn work into an engaging and fun endeavor, all while driving profitability and productivity. By exceeding goals and fostering team harmony, we ensure that innovation and growth in market share are not merely objectives, but achievements.

In essence, we are in the business of transformation—reshaping organizations, revolutionizing technology leadership, and redefining performance. Our approach isn’t just to navigate the future but to create it, ensuring that your organization leads the charge in a constantly evolving landscape.

These are the techniques that help leaders succeed, and organizations thrive.
