Most importantly, it reveals the experiences that led to Deming’s greatest discovery: the System of Profound Knowledge, a collection of fundamental truths that show how any system or process can be transformed into something greater.

Discussions will take place weekly via Zoom, and asynchronously via Slack. The event is free, but space is limited. Register using the form above.

How to Participate

The IT Revolution Book Club is an interactive, virtual club run on our private Slack workspace. We highly encourage participants to read the book before book club begins, as this is the way to get the most out of the club. Participation is free; books must be purchased separately, prior to the start of the book club. This event will take place via Zoom and Slack. We recommend creating free accounts prior to the event. Discussion sessions are scheduled to last approximately one hour.

We will discuss different sections of the book each week, over 12 weeks. Asynchronous discussion will take place throughout each week on Slack, and John Willis will host weekly discussion sessions live on Zoom each Friday at 1:00 pm ET.

Our Mission
