This follow-up paper to 2018’s Moving from Project to Product pulls together the do’s and don’ts of enterprise product transformation. Using the decades of experience of the authors and their peers at the DevOps Enterprise Forum, this paper compiles that knowledge into something digestible and applicable for any organizational transformation. The transformation from project to product is broken into domains as well as different stages. These segments contextualize the struggles and hurdles that occur at different times during the project to product transformation.
